Ms. Podchaneeporn Chamnanpukdee, Vice President – Human Resources, “KTC” or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, along with students of the KTC LEARN & EARN apprenticeship program, participated in the first “Digital #Me:” Keep Up with Technology on an ASEAN Level event. Students attended a lecture and exchanged information on working at startups that incorporate technology in its business practices, on both domestic and ASEAN levels. Mrs. Sutthipun Nujjaya, Deputy Managing Director – C asean, was the figure of honor who presided over the opening of the event, and provided a backstory of C asean, jointly with Ms. Nanthatchaphon Jiravijchasakul, Community Creator, and Mr. Vayothiphol Assawawongsakul, Project Coordinator, who enacted as special guest speakers. Students in the program had a chance to try out tourist themed Virtual Reality (VR), with Ms. Benjarat Na Thalang, Creative Director – Infofed Company Limited, one of many startup companies, who gave a lecture and demonstrated its usage, at C asean, CW Tower, recently.
On this occasion, Ms. Atiya Visetwong, a third year student from the Social Sciences faculty at Srinakharinwirot University, stated about the event: “By joining the event today, I was inspired by up and coming startups. I had a chance to learn more about ways to carry out new businesses that merges creativity and technology together. This way of thinking built a foundation that sparked ideas for us to develop and turn them into new ones that will continue to benefit our education and career in the future.”
